We cordially invite you to the Youth Mental Health Conference. This event is intended for youth, youth workers and anyone interested in the topic of wellbeing.
Come discuss current topics of mental health, LGBTQ, stress management, and healthy habits with professionals from the fields of psychology, coaching, mindfulness, and yoga.
The program will include both a moderated panel discussion with invited experts and roundtable meetings , the concept of which allows for a deeper and more detailed immersion into individual topics.

What you will learn
In the course, you will learn skills that will allow you to “be your own best friend.” The foundation of these skills is observing what is happening in our minds and bodies, while cultivating attitudes of curiosity, openness, acceptance, and kindness toward what we observe.
Specifically, you will learn:
noticing how our mind automatically evaluates everything that happens, and how this evaluation – if we are not aware of it – influences our reactions
cultivate an attitude of kindness towards all aspects of your experience – sensory perceptions, thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations
become aware of our habitual patterns of thinking, emotional experience and reaction, recognize those that do not serve us well, and "let them go"
to react consciously the way we want, and not let "autopilot" take over
"allowing" ourselves to experience our emotions without being overwhelmed by them or identifying with them
recognize which activities energize us and which drain us, and maintain a balance between them
develop your generosity and cordiality
How will this work in practice:

You will receive a link to Google Drive, where you will have written materials for each meeting and also recordings of meditations for each day. Each meeting then begins with a reflection on the home practice of the previous week. It is necessary to devote at least 30 minutes to the practice every day. The practice also includes writing down experiences and various small tasks.

The course is not recommended for people experiencing an acute phase of depression, anxiety or addiction.
The course is not psychotherapeutic, but educational.
It can be very supportive in conjunction with psychotherapy or psychological consultations. In this case, please discuss the suitability of the course with your psychologist (or other professional support).
Přihlašovací a storno podmínky:
1) Klienti*ky se mohou zaregistrovat na akci organizace SEMwell dle registračních instrukcí - vyplněním registračního formuláře.
Registrací klienti*ky rozumí, že znají všechny informace a podmínky pro absolvování akce, které jsou zveřejněné v informacích o akci na webu semwell.org
Po registraci obdrží klienti*ky emailem fakturu.
Klienti*ky musí zaplatit fakturu za akci bankovním převodem dle datumu splatnosti na faktuře.
Registrace není platná do plného uhrazení částky dle faktury (připsání částky na účet).
2) Klienti*ky mohou zrušit svou registraci na akci dle těchto podmínek:

7 dní před akcí - bez poplatku

Méně než 7 dní před akcí - klientům*kám bude účtován 100 % poplatek ceny akce

Registrace je přenositelná. Pokud se klient*ka po zaplacení nebude moci akce zúčastnit, může své místo nabídnout jiné osobě (a to před začátkem kurzu - změna osoby je možná jen na celý kurz)

Zrušení nebo změnu registrace na kurz je možné provést emailem: katerina.fichtnerova@semwell.org
3) Podmínkou k účasti na semináři/kurzu je vlastní internetové připojení a počítač, tablet či telefon.
Organizace SEMwell nenese odpovědnost za technologické potíže s připojením ze strany klienta*ky.
4) Registrací a platbou za akci klienti*ky souhlasí s podmínkami přihlašování a se storno podmínkami.
