This workshop for youth offers insight into emotions and stress and includes mindfulness tips
and activities for regulating emotions and promoting mental well-being. Participants will learn what happens during stress,
how to regulate challenging emotions and promote joy
and peace.
YOGA AT SCHOOL
/KINDERGARTEN
Duration: 30 - 90 min
A yoga workshop or regular classes at school promote the healthy physical and mental development
of children and adolescents. Children learn to connect to their bodies in a playful way, stretch healthily, relax, calm their minds and boost their immunity and health.
