Our expertise is in the area of well-being, mental health, social-emotional learning and mindfulness.

Teachers and tutors play a key role in the wellbeing and academic success of our children. Their mission is one of support, personal and professional growth. We assist them in taking care of their health, burnout prevention, and continuing education in the area of wellbeing. Mindfulness practice has positive effects for children, improving social skills, reducing stress and increasing mental resilience.

The eight-week MBSR training

is the best known, most widely

and scientifically researched program for developing life satisfaction, inner peace

and balance through mindfulness.

PLAYING WITH MINDFULNESS
AT SCHOOL

/KINDERGARTEN

Length: 3x45 min

The three-session course practically demonstrates how mindful teachers can work

with mindfulness

in the classroom and develop children's self-awareness; teachers are advised to go through the eight-week MBSR course first.

GET TO KNOW YOUR EMOTIONS 
- WORKSHOP FOR YOUTH

Duration: 90 - 120 min

This workshop for youth offers insight into emotions and stress and includes mindfulness tips

and activities for regulating emotions and promoting mental well-being. Participants will learn what happens during stress,

how to regulate challenging emotions and promote joy

and peace.

YOGA AT SCHOOL
/KINDERGARTEN

Duration: 30 - 90 min

A yoga workshop or regular classes at school promote the healthy physical and mental development

of children and adolescents. Children learn to connect to their bodies in a playful way, stretch healthily, relax, calm their minds and boost their immunity and health.
