Our expertise is in the area of well-being, mental health, social-emotional learning and mindfulness.

Teachers and tutors play a key role in the wellbeing and academic success of our children. Their mission is one of support, personal and professional growth. We assist them in taking care of their health, burnout prevention, and continuing education in the area of wellbeing. Mindfulness practice has positive effects for children, improving social skills, reducing stress and increasing mental resilience.

The ability to regulate emotions, deal with stress, and have mental resilience are strengths and prerequisites for being a good teacher and are useful both in work and in life.
