About the event
STRESS, GENDER, WELLBEING - HOW TO KNOW THEM
Conference on Youth Mental Health.
An invitation for youth, youth workers and anyone interested in the topic of well-being.
Come and discuss current topics of mental health, LGBTQ, stress management and healthy habits with professionals from the fields of psychology, psychiatry, coaching, mindfulness and yoga. Marek Vich, Adam Táborský, Michal Pitoňák, Petra Nedbálková and others promised their participation.
Together we will look at these topics:
- Mental health and building resilience.
- Mindfulness and Kindness to Promote Mental Health.
- Stress and overwhelm in a time of endless possibilities.
- Youth from socially disadvantaged families - challenges and available support.
- Building a relationship between an adult and a young person.
- LGBTQ + minority stress - what it's like not to fit into mainstream society.
We will publish the exact program and presenters by the end of August.
The conference is part of the Erasmus+ projects (BENEFIT and Safe Space 4 Youth) focused on the well-being and mental health of young people. The projects are co-financed by the EU (from Erasmus+ funds) and entry is therefore FREE . At the end of the conference, we will ask you to fill out a feedback questionnaire.
Registration is required for the event. Capacity is limited. If you find out a few days before the event that you will not be able to participate for serious reasons, please send us an email. You can write any questions to Katka Fichtnerová: katerina.fichtnerova@semwell.org .
The training is organized by the organizationSEMwell , which deals with social-emotional learning and well-being of children, youth and adults.
We look forward to meeting you and sharing experiences in mental health care.
