Tereza has been practicing yoga and mindfulness since 2012. She sees yoga as a journey to herself, where there is always something to discover about the functioning of the body and mind. Tereza's mission is to contribute to the mental and physical health of clients through yoga, mindfulness and other therapeutic methods, so that they can feel deep peace, relaxation and inner security. So that they can also touch their wholeness on the mat and live it as much as possible in everyday life.

Tereza has experience in leading office yoga, weekend stress reduction retreats, and has a long-term focus on mental health, wellbeing, and stress management. She is currently undergoing psychotherapeutic diploma training from Process-Oriented Psychology.

 

What I can help you with within SEMwell:

  • I lead workshops and classes in yoga and mindfulness to support physical and mental health, focusing on emotional regulation, reducing stress, anxiety, and finding inner peace. I also emphasize the mind-body connection and cultivating a kind relationship with oneself. The events are for teens and adults in schools or corporate workshops.
