Who is the webinar intended for:

  • pedagogical workers and assistants, educational advisors, prevention methodologists and others working at all levels of education and in preschool education

What participants will learn and experience:

In this webinar, we will learn about the concept of "whose problem is it?", which allows us to distinguish whose needs are primarily unmet in a given communication situation. We will try out two basic skills - active listening and calm self-expression/boundary holding - that allow us to:

  • build trust and authenticity in relationships (with children/adolescents, colleagues, parents)

  • prevent conflicts

  • resolve challenging emotional situations and seek solutions acceptable to both parties

Lecturer: Hanka Čechová

  • Experienced mindfulness and conscious communication teacher

  • Certified instructor of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) – the best-known and most scientifically researched mindfulness development program for stress reduction

  • Expert in respectful communication (training in the approaches Respect and be respected, Education/School without losers)

  • Many years of experience in leading courses and workshops for parents, teachers and in corporate environments

Registration and cancellation conditions:

1) Clients can register for the event organized by SEMwell and Motion Digital sro according to the registration instructions.

After registration, clients will receive an invoice by email.

Clients must pay the invoice for the event by bank transfer according to the due date on the invoice.

Registration is not valid until the amount according to the invoice is paid in full (crediting the amount to the account of SEMwell and Motion Digital sro).

2) Clients may cancel their registration for the event according to the following conditions:

  • 7 days before the event - no fee

  • Less than 7 days before the event - clients will be charged 100% of the event price

  • Registration is transferable. If the client is unable to attend the event after payment, they can offer their place to another person.

3) The prerequisite for participating in the seminar is your own internet connection and a computer, tablet or phone.

SEMwell and Motion Digital sro are not responsible for technological connection problems on the client's part.

4) By registering and paying for the event, clients agree to the terms and conditions of registration and cancellation policies.
