The eight-week MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) training is the best-known, most widespread and scientifically researched program for developing life satisfaction, inner peace and balance through mindfulness.


  • To react in challenging situations consciously instead of automatic, stereotyped ways of communication.

  • To recover more quickly from emotionally demanding and stressful situations that teaching practice inevitably brings.

Only through a long-term, regular, integrated practice of mindfulness can real changes be achieved in the neuronal connections in the brain and thus also in the overall feeling, experience and behavior.
From the point of view of social and interpersonal neurobiology, the emotional tuning of an adult is one of the basic building blocks for the development of a child's brain and the ability to learn in a safe and emotionally regulated environment.

Workshop for teachers and the wider school team

A solid foundation for further independent development and application of mindfulness in pedagogical practice.

This course is taken online

We will meet regularly via Zoom video conferences.
You will need a webcam.

25-hour workshop

25 hours divided into 8 meetings once a week. Between the 6th and 7th meeting there is a common 4-5 hours of practice.

Course price

The price is CZK 8,500 per person.
