The ability to emotionally regulate, work with stress and mental resilience are the strengths and prerequisites of a good teacher and are useful for both work and life. According to interpersonal neurobiology, our nervous systems are interconnected. Learning to regulate your nervous system with simple proven exercises can further reflect on the classroom climate and your relationships in your team and personal life.
