Course content:
The courses are based on proven mindfulness and yoga programs for schools by our certified instructors. Students will learn:
A dictionary related to the body, brain, attention, breath and emotions.
Various activities for self-awareness and self-regulation.
Various forms of relaxation and stress management.
How to develop healthy relationships.
Developing kindness towards yourself, others and the planet.
Healthy stretching and strengthening.
They will develop their physical coordination and mental concentration.
It will support your overall immunity and health.
The school must ensure:
A suitable and large enough space for sitting on chairs in a circle and yoga mats for regular weekly meetings.
SEMwell lecturer's approach

Who is the course aimed at?
For youth in schools aged:
11 - 19 years (11-13 years, 14-16 years, 17-19 years).
Groups of at least 8,
max. 12 people.
Where is the course taking place?

This event lasts
up to 10 weeks
Look forward to the program during 8 - 10 weeks, regular meetings for 90 minutes once a week.
