Join a practical workshop focused on preventing and managing burnout, a condition that results from prolonged stress and emotional exhaustion. You will learn how to recognize the signs of burnout in yourself and your colleagues, and learn strategies for preventing and managing it. The workshop will also provide practical techniques for effective stress management and provide specific tools for strengthening mental well-being and resilience.
What to expect/what topics will the workshop cover:
The Nervous System Under the Magnifier: You will understand what happens in the body during stress and learn simple techniques for regulation.
Prevention and help with burnout syndrome: How to recognize the first symptoms and what to do when burnout is approaching.
Mindful Stops: Short mindfulness exercises for everyday emotional balance, applicable in work and personal life.
Resources we have: Help with identifying your own internal and external resources for managing stress.
The workshop offers space for interactive engagement, practical exercises and experience sharing. Upon completion, you will gain concrete tools for strengthening your resilience and managing stress.
