WE INVITE YOU TO A SPECIAL BUSINESS BREAKFAST FOCUSED ON WELLBEING AT WORK.
THEME OF THE SEPTEMBER MEETING: How to set up healthy autumn habits and routines so that we are well at work and in our personal lives.
We will prepare for you a nourishing, inspiring experience of high quality in a safe, calm and pleasant environment, in a limited number of people (not a crowd affair). You will try a simple practice of mindfulness and office yoga, exercises and tips that you can include in your regular work and personal life. You will be inspired to offer these tips and include them in your work teams.

You will be guided through the activities by experienced instructors of yoga and mindfulness from SEMwell - Jana Kyriakou and Tereza Hausmanová.
