Lecturer: Jana Kyriakou
Jana is an internationally certified and experienced mindfulness, pilates and yoga teacher with specialized training in the development of mindfulness in education, trauma-informed care, mindfulness and yogic approaches to working with stress, anxiety and eating disorders. She holds a diploma in positive psychology. She has over 25 years of experience leading courses and workshops for individuals, groups, schools and companies. She helps her clients to feel good in their bodies, to befriend their minds and to enjoy life to the fullest. Jana is the founder and director of SEMwell and has been a lecturer at the School of Clinical Naturopathy since 2018. More about Jana
