We cordially invite you to the Youth Mental Health Conference. This event is intended for youth, youth workers and anyone interested in the topic of wellbeing.
Come discuss current topics of mental health, LGBTQ, stress management, and healthy habits with professionals from the fields of psychology, coaching, mindfulness, and yoga.
The program will include both a moderated panel discussion with invited experts and roundtable meetings , the concept of which allows for a deeper and more detailed immersion into individual topics.

Tereza Hausmanová
expert in wellbeing, mindfulness and stress management
Tereza has been involved in yoga, mindfulness and mental resilience techniques since 2012. She specializes in connecting the body and mind, helping people find inner peace, relaxation and balance even in demanding work or personal environments. She offers practical workshops focused on wellbeing, stress management and yoga, which support mental and physical well-being, improve concentration and help prevent burnout. She has extensive experience in leading stress reduction programs and has been dedicated to the topic of mental health for a long time. She is currently undergoing psychotherapeutic training in Process-oriented psychology, which allows her to work more effectively with the individual needs of participants and bring a deeper psychological dimension to her programs.
